Disclosure

I am employed by the BBC and, while you can expect my views to coincide with those of my employer often, these are my personal views and not those of the BBC. I aim to comply with the BBC’s guidance for employee’s personal blogs. Should any content attract paid sponsorship editorial control shall rest entirely with me and the contributors. Sometimes I conduct copywriting, consultancy and training work for organisations who are not in direct competition with the BBC. Should this become relevant to content within Earshot I will specifically say so. I am a shareholder and director of TVI Ltd, a company registered in Guernsey whose prinicpal business is producing and marketing baby sleep products under the little sleepy head name. This site is kindly hosted on the TVI domain.
